Wall mounted kitchen plate rack with cup hooks

This gorgeous unit is in my tiny kitchen now....over the moon when I bought it last Sunday on the car boot sale for £4 ! it was done the same day ! (I couldn't wait to see it on my kitchen wall ;-)
So first I've used 180 sanding paper and sanded down a bit but I didn't tried to remove the old varnish completely.
Then I applied iron wool and vinegar mixture and waited till completely dry.
At the end I painted the unit with white paint I would say: messily :-)---> in a messy way because I knew I would sand it down again to reach the vintage, distressed effect....seen as above :-)

kitchen shelf unit with cup hooks

Very easy makeover...after wiping the unit with a soapy water I've applied light grey paint (no sanding before ! even the surface wasn't smooth). Sanded down with 240 sanding paper, very gently to reach the distressed effect...varnished for protection...that's all !!!

Wooden jewellery box

"...bo prawdziwe piekno kryje sie we wnetrzu..." means: ...because the true beauty is inside... :-)
The box has been made for 8 years old girl named Maja for her birthday...I've had a feedback that she really liked it...do you ? ;-)

Wooden Clock

Given by a friend this beautiful but forgotten pine clock has been restored.
I've used black, grey and silver paint. I've applied different colours with a time gaps to let each coat to dry. I've used 180 sanding paper to blend the colours together. Hope you like the effect...
