Queen Anne style small chest of drawers transformation / white wax

This piece of furniture is around 1920's...I wasn't brave enough to paint it with a colour so decided to remove the varnish (as you can see on the pic below all cracked) with the stripping gel (without a sanding paper!).

I used a clear wax and for the FIRST TIME I used the WHITE WAX !

the story of my fireplace.....

3 x stone tiles, old planks, new planks, 2 x wooden ornaments, clear & dark wax

we placed 1 large stone tile on each side / on the back and the bottom:  pine planks

on the front: 3 different sizes old planks (each side) glued together 

dark wax applied on the planks (and dry brushing on the edges of the front planks using white paint)

*iron wool+vinegar, let it dry,
*transfer made on the middle drawer using Nitro;
* dry brush with grey paint (mostly the edges),
* all waxed with clear wax

transfer - laser-printed sign transferred using the medium transfer gel

The frame - I've removed the old paint with a sand paper ( 80) and also with the chisel-to make some holes), then I've painted with a grey paint-1 layer and when almost dry I've gently wiped the grey paint off with a wet cloth .
Waited till dry and dry-brushed with a white paint.

it was really damaged, this picture was taken after sanding..it was mainly green (!)

went for this beautiful turquoise colour,

distressed a bit
